Buying across borders fails in a small number of predictable ways. GF exists so that each of them is somebody's job before it becomes your problem.

The goods are not what was agreed.
A written specification or an approved sample, and an inspection against it before the goods leave. We attend in person where we can, and commission an independent inspector where we cannot or where you want third-party sign-off.

The paperwork does not match the goods.
The transport document, invoice, packing list and any certificates the market requires travel together, and reach you before the goods do.

Nobody tells you where the order is.
Progress is something you are told rather than something you chase, with one reference number from the order to arrival.

The money has gone and the answers are slow.
Payment is structured so that neither side carries all the risk, and there is one person to ask.

Contact a supplier yourself and you hold the relationship, the language gap and the recourse. Buy through GF and there is one contract, one invoice, and one party accountable for what arrives.
If you only need part of it, such as a consultation, a supplier search or an inspection, you can hire us for that part alone.
