Sourcing and supply, handled end to end.
GF Global Source Limited connects buyers anywhere in the world with suppliers in Asia and Europe. We can run a trade from the first brief until the goods and the paperwork both arrive, or take on only the steps your trade needs.

Why GF
One counterpart. One person to ask. One set of documents.
A trade goes wrong in the gaps: between the buyer and the factory, between the factory and the forwarder, between the shipment and the paperwork. We hold all of it together, so there is one person to ask and one version of the truth.
Why not go direct?
You can. The question is who answers when the goods are wrong. Order through GF and there is one contract, one invoice, and one party accountable for what arrives.
About GFGF Global Source
What we do
Three services.
- I
Consultation
Before anything is ordered: whether the product can be sourced, at what price range and lead time, which terms and payment structure fit, and what the destination market will ask of the goods.
- Sourcing feasibility
- Incoterms and payment terms
- Import documents, duty, market rules
- II
Trade
Finding the supplier against your specification, negotiating price and terms, and holding the purchase order from confirmation to delivery, with the documents your customs will ask for.
- Supplier shortlist and verification
- Price, terms and, where wanted, samples
- Purchase order and production follow-up
- Delivery and the full document set
- III
Quality and compliance
Inspection at the point where a fault is still cheap to fix, during production and before the goods leave the factory. We attend in person where we can, and commission an independent inspector where we cannot or where you want third-party sign-off.
- In-line and pre-shipment inspection
- Defect reports with photographs
- Certificates for the destination market
Where we trade
Sourced in Asia and Europe. Supplied wherever you are.
- AsiaWhere we source
East and Southeast Asia. Suppliers we work with, and new ones found against your specification.
- EuropeWhere we source and supply
Suppliers here too, and the market we supply: the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia, and the EU single market around them, with the import documents, duty and rules the goods must meet on arrival.
- WorldwideWhere we supply
Buyers anywhere else in the world, from the Middle East and Africa to the Americas and within Asia. Tell us the product and the destination; the documents and rules at your end are part of the brief.
How we work
Brief to arrival. Up to eight steps.
Not every trade needs all eight: some buyers do not want a sample, others need only part of the sequence. We agree at the start which steps apply to yours, and you always know which one you are on and what has to happen for the next to start.
Each step in detail- 01
Brief
You send the product, the quantity, the destination and a target price. If a specification exists we work to it; if not, we help write one. This is also where we agree which of the next steps your trade needs.
- 02
Sourcing
We shortlist suppliers in Asia or Europe who can actually make it at that volume, and come back with quotations you can compare on the same basis.
- 03
Sample
If you want one, a physical sample is approved in writing before production starts. If you do not, the written specification is what the goods are checked against.
- 04
Order
Terms, payment structure and delivery date are fixed in a purchase order. From here the order has one reference number.
- 05
Production
You get progress updates without asking. Where it matters, production is inspected as it runs rather than only at the end.
- 06
Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample or the specification, with photographs. We attend in person where we can, and commission an independent inspector where we cannot or where you want third-party sign-off.
- 07
Shipping
Booking and loading, or handing over to your forwarder, depending on the terms agreed. The transport document, invoice, packing list and any certificates the market requires travel together.
- 08
Arrival
Documents reach you before the goods do, so the paperwork is not what holds them up on arrival.
Sectors
Ask about your product, not our list.
Send the specification, the quantity and the destination. You will get one of three replies, and the third is what makes the first two worth having.
- i.
We can source it, with a price range and a realistic lead time.
- ii.
We can source it, but it is not where we are strongest, and here is what that costs you.
- iii.
We cannot, and here is the kind of firm that can.
Tell us what you need.
Product, quantity, destination and target price are enough to start. Within one working day, you will get a reply from a person, not a form.
